"Donnie came all the way to Kent late. We had a water line break that flooded out front yard and our crawl spaces. Our sump pump had quit working. He gave us a quote well under others and they were here the next day. They ran into several other issues as well. Donnie said it was the most difficult repair he had ever run across, but they got the job done and we couldn't have been happier. He even helped us figure out the on line financing and never complained. We would highly recommend Jet City Plumbing and have already told others with plumbing problems, to get in touch with them. They called the next morning and confirmed that the repair team was on its way and two members of Schmitty's staff arrived shortly thereafter, showing up a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time.
