They did their job. It was cheaper than anyone else and I got 2 services. The only thing they could do better is give me free heating and air conditioning."

"The team of four was very professional and performed an excellent job in a record period of time. Just one day to take the old furnace away, replace all the old boots and duct work and install the new furnace. They paid a lot of attention not to damage or dirty the floor/carpet. "I have an old pressure relief valve replaced today. the service person was great, and the installation went really well. My main complain was the price after I did an online comparison. usually, the PRV installation will cost around $500 on the high end, but Bell Brother charged me $1600 since the new valve does not fit the old pipe, and they needed to redo the pipe. My family has been using bell brother for many years, we trusted their workmanship, but the markup is just too steep to justify. I definitely learned my lesson, for small jobs, will use home-advisor instead."

I called James at 8:20 am Saturday morning. He said he had two others ahead of me but would be at my house at 1:00 pm. He called at 12:50 to tell me he would be here in 5 minutes. He arrived at 12:55. What a pleasure to have someone show up on time, For the next 3+ hours, James worked on all three of my computers. The first computer had 6 viruses which were downloaded when we tried to download an internet game. James removed the viruses, showed me how to prevent this from happening in the future, and then correctly installed the internet game. IN addition, he updated all programs, removed unnecessary programs, and installed

new programs to improve the quality. Jim then did the same work on my other two computers, one of which was found to have 232 viruses.
I am not computer literate; therefore, I cannot recall the details of additional work James did on all 3 computers. All I know is the computers are running smoothly and quickly. The cost was very reasonable.
I will use James in the future, and highly recommend him to others.

"Bon was very helpful and luckily had an opening for my HVAC unit during a crazy heat wave when all of the other big companies flaked on me or didn't have openings for weeks. My unit wasn't pumping out cool air and it was 90 degrees in my house during the heat wave. His prices and services were very reasonable. He gave me a free estimate by checking my vents and my unit. Luckily I just ran out of refrigerant and he was able to refill it when he found out I had very low levels. He noticed the builders who installed the unit was lazy and didn't waterproof the wiring correctly so he found a pool of water collecting in the sleeve holding the wires. He waterproofed it for a cheap price. Thank you for saving the day Bon!"

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. Its been a little over a month since they completed the install and everything is working smoothly.

"Plumber arrived on time, we went over possible replacement faucets and he went back to shop to get the model I wanted.  He came back within an hour or so and installed the new faucet.  Unfortunately, he didn't have a length of 3/4" hose with which to flush our the hot water line which is partially clogged with rust, etc., so he was unable to perform that part of the requested service and I still have low hot water pressure in the kitchen.
