The service when they got here was fast and without trouble, They got done in two days the first day was cabinets which was finished that one day and the next day was countertops which was finished on same day as well and it looks awesome!!! "I selected Prime Bath originally because of their quick response to my inquiries. Their representative Kevin came right out to the house within days. He was well prepared to discuss my needs and find solutions. I had some unusual requirements. I was looking to have a large, walk-in Handicapped shower installed in the corner of a medium-sized master bath. I was specific with how I wanted it and was told there would be no problem meeting my needs. I was impressed with the level of professionalism that day and was very satisfied to sign a contract for the work at the agreed-upon price. It took a few or so weeks to get the work scheduled but not an unreasonable amount of time. Kevin was always available for updates. When the crew of two did arrive they were very courteous and conscientious. Mats on the floor and a minimum of noise and dust. In less than two days I had a beautiful, professionally installed shower built to my exact specifications. A few days later Kevin contacted me to check to make sure I was completely happy with the job. I cannot recommend Prime Bath highly enough. They are the best contractors of any kind I've ever dealt with and would call them again for any bathroom work I would have done in the future. "I’ve always wanted a second bathroom. I contacted JK Complete R&C. Jack came to my home and assessed the would be project. Jack gave me a reasonable price, start and proposed finish date. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. Prefer not work with them again. The bottom line is that we have enough confidence in AmeriCraft that we are now in discussions with them to renovate some more areas of our home, specifically an additional bathroom and basement renovation.
