Got a call around noontime from service technician Dwayne Myers to let me know he was on the way and would be there shortly. When Dwayne arrived he introduced himself and we then discussed the problem, after which he went into diagnostic mode explaining along the way everything that he was doing in checking for the problem. Once diagnosed he explained what was needed for repair and again informed me what he was doing in facilitating the repair. After the repairs were completed he did a thorough inspection of my system to ensure there were no other issues and it was blowing cold and working like new."

"They came and inspected the sump pump. They recommended for it to be replaced. I was okay with it so they replaced it. They completed within half an hour. We then discussed the bill. They agreed to take off $50 because they have an Angie's List coupon that offers $50 off. There was also a coupon for $250 off a system installation for Angie's List members. I told them of this and they said it would only apply for HVAC units and I said to them that they are more than HVAC company, they provide more services than HVAC. They did not specify that its only for HVAC. The technician agreed and said that they're going to have to change that within our website. This was extremely misleading and felt like a bait and switch."

He was able to quickly identify the problem with the registers and dampers and able to get warm air flowing to the otherwise very cold areas of the house. In addition, Jim was able to recommend some additional services that would help me achieve the desired evenness of temperature such as an additional return and humidifier for the home.
