Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was. All work performed was top notch and no issues on anything they have done"

"This was a huge job. A complete basement waterproofing - new internal drains installed and two new sump pumps installed. The guys were great - came on time worked hard all day and cleaned up after themselves. The only negative was at the completion of work when it was time to pay the amount was less than what was originally quoted. I told the guy that and he insisted that it was what he had. I even showed him the quote on paper. I paid it - glad it was less, but a few days later got a call from the office telling me I needed to pay another $1600 (the difference between the original quoted price and at the time of service price) I told her what the guy told me and she got a little rude saying "well you knew what the quoted price was" - yeah I DID know and was prepared to pay but after install HER guy insisted it was the price he had. I wasn't trying to get out of paying but the confusion on how much it costs was with the people working there. I didn't appreciate her attitude as if I was trying to skimp out of paying. Nevertheless, I ended up with this additional payment. However, the work is supposed to be guaranteed for life. No complaints there."

They worked tirelessly all day to remove old concrete, lay a new pipe system, pour new concrete, install sump pump, and seals. They prepped the walls and sealed and painted with Loxon paint. Radon seals were included in the redone areas. The outside work included installation of a new underground drainage pipe with pop up exit drain. A rubber membrane was installed behind the house siding. We?ve had several days of heavy rain since the waterproofing work was completed and the basement floor and walls have remained dry. "It went extremely well! They were punctual, hardworking and professional. It was necessary to dig up my neighbor's landscaping, so they were very careful to disturb only what was necessary and to restore everything to its original condition. They even replaced her broken underground downspout extension (which was draining into my basement!) without comment or additional charge. When my neighbor accused them of causing a problem, MJ was quick to respond and the team on-site made a point of apologizing to her in person. I don't think MJ caused the problem, so I was very impressed that they "went high" to investigate the matter and, as I said, apologize for the inconvenience she felt she suffered. The work they did inside to remove mold and seal the wall was thorough and neat. The gentleman doing the work cleaned up everything and took all of his equipment and trash with him. his is especially important since he was working with strong chemicals.
