"I was struggling with a vendor who installed a new AC and furnace 3 years ago that required service every year. The Guardian team was able resolve the issue in 2 days at a fraction of the cost the original installer quoted. Technician Josh Bennett was able to isolate the problem in 30 minutes. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and very professional. HVAC Service Expert Dave Dover arrived the next day to complete the required repairs and washed the outdoor system. "Good company. Good experience from the time I began obtaining an estimate, until the work was completed June 2016. Prices were fair and reasonable for above-builder-grade product on 2 (Carrier Performance Series) HVAC unit replacements. They were very accommodating on meeting the timeline promised. My ONLY issue was that a bit more care could have been exercised on the install... but it was hotter than Hades, making conditions brutal! I am choosing Ragsdale to continue to service our units. I give them a A-"

"Would highly recommend Georgia Rooter Services! Edin came over on short notice, we were having plumbing issues and he solved them extremely quickly plus for a great price. Another company was sent over earlier from our warranty company to diagnose and treat the problem. He stated that you couldn t not access the line from within the house so he d have to dig outside to access the pipe so our warranty company wouldn t cover the costs. We believe that he was just trying to screw us over or get out of having to do the job. I am very glad with did our research and found Edin because he was able to access the line from within the crawl space (no digging required) and was able to rule out tree roots as the cause. We will definitely be using Georgia Rooter Services for our future plumbing needs!"

"They have been prompt and reliable. When my heater failed during very cold weather, they were there quickly and had the repair done within 12 hours of my call. This has been a preventive maintenance expense that has been worth it's weight in heating and cooling!
