"There's a warranty on the windows that were passed on to me form the owner. I had the window company come back out and take care of the windows. They're a pretty big company. We had several issues with them. I didn't have to pay anything. We made several appointments, some had to be rescheduled mostly by them. The first time they came out, they measured the window incorrectly and also ordered the wrong parts. When they did come back to install them, they had the wrong parts to install and I had to reschedule another appointment. The excuse that I was given is that after they ordered the correct parts, the factory had moved and I had to wait another eight weeks to get the part. When we spoke on the phone they were very nice. They directed me to the right department to talk to. There are somethings that I assume were out of their control but the things that were under their control, they screwed up on the first time. It started in January of 2016 and I got my window finally fixed in August."
