"There team did an amazing job, moving the dryer out, replacing tubes as needed, and going into attic, and outside to clean the vents, as well as thoroughly cleaning the inside of the dryer. Moved everything back perfectly, and left the place spotless. Dryer functioned 100x better."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. "It did went well. I did like, there was a gentlemen that came out that was very professional I thought he did a nice job. Well I think the only criticism I had is I guess he went around and essentially evaded the house. I guess I was just probably expecting a little bit more than just kinda putting out bait traps. He was very professional, he was very nice so nothing bad or critical to say about the individual they sent he was very respectful and professional. I guess just for like overall service I guess I was just expecting more."

"All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."
