"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

I focus on quality in every job I take on. As a one-person business with 2 years of experience, you'll always work directly with me, and I never cut corners- even if it takes more time or costs me more.\n\nMy goal is simple: make sure you're completely satisfied with the work. I listen carefully, pay attention to the details, and keep you informed throughout the process so there are no surprises.\n\nIf you're looking for someone reliable who cares about doing the job right, not just getting it done, I'd be glad to help. Let's talk about what you need.

"I hired That's Rare to fix my washer. I was moving in less than 10 days and needed it fixed and when I asked to receive a quote for the diagnostics fee they were prompt to call and answer my question and schedule me for the following day. However, the man never showed, but it was a holiday (July 4th) and I was surprised they were going to even have someone come then to begin with. When he showed up the next day though he did apologize and discounted my repair. My washer spins now and sounds great! :D"

"Tom was awesome. He was early and very professional once he started fixing the problem. He detailed everything that was wrong and explained the way he fixed it. I couldn’t ask for better service."

"It was a very good experience. Greg was quite competent. He took the time to explain what could be going on and then checked it out. We will probably need to replace the washing machine, but now we know why. I would give fifteen stars if that were possible and the next appliance repair we need will certainly be with Mr Appliance !"

"Got the wrong size for our rental. Husband made a call was replaced with the right size fight away. Very accommodating in quick service.."

"Johnson Repair fixed my dryer in a timely and professional way. John explained why my dryer failed (overheated burnt out fuse) and was friendly and courteous. An enjoyable experience at an HONEST price!"

"I had saw their sign on the side of the road for $49.99 service call, I had asked at work and knew everyone was paying $89..  I called and the lady told me they would do the repair and bill later.  The repair man came out the next afternoon.  Danny was the repairman.  He told my son what was going on and then called me and told and gave me the estimate.  Which was $298.32.  I had him paid in full that day."

"The repair of my clothes washer is not complete, needed to order parts."

"It went ok. They were fantastic at first. But the aftermath left unclean lines and we felt they got lazy at the end of the job. Not to mention rude by the end. We asked them to save pur front porch light, so they tossed it into our garage and broke it. The contractor suggested we close up a doorway from our laindry room to kitchen since it can be accessed from the 1/2 bath, this made for cabinet space in the kitchen. Then we all noticed that the washer and dryer would not fit through thr doorway left. He says" a good contractor would have notice that too" then charged us $550 to widen it.
