"All went well. There was an issue with the permit for the condensate pump wiring, but it was addressed immediately and passed inspection, no additional charge (since it was agreed upon in the contract). <br />"

During the original checkout of the house they totally explained exactly what they would have to do to install the gas lines in complete detail. Then when we asked about also installing new toilets they offered to provide the toilets or install ones we had purchased for only a minor increase in the overall price of work to be done. <br /> On the day of actual work, which was once day after the estimate, they arrived at 10 AM and had to completely repipe the gas system in the house including installing 2 new gas outlet pipes for the gas dryer and stove. All gas work was done and tested to ensure that no leaks existed. Then they installed the 2 ADA approved toilets were installed. Total time on the job was a little over 6 hours. <br /> We are extremely happy with the results of their labors and expertise they showed and performed. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Rick (owner) kept appointment for estimate and accurately estimated the job. Worked with me on the schedule to provide repair when convenient for me. Gary (plumber doing the job) showed up 10 minutes early, had all the necessary parts and equipment, and completed the work in a professional manner. Several pipes connected to the area requiring repair began leaking as a result of the work done, and Gary quickly repaired these pipes/leaks as well. This additional work took 45 minutes, and I was happy to pay for the additional time required to make sure all leaks were addressed. Gary cleaned up the work site and was courteous throughout the process of repair and cleanup. I will use Johnson Heating & Plumbing for future plumbing work. <br />"

(I didn't have to ask.) The leak occurred during the holidays and during a streak of cold temperatures when customers had frozen pipes. Olson found a way to get us on the schedule with prompt service. They gave us an even earlier than scheduled appointment by keeping us on the "on call list"."

"antastic job, hired these guy to clean and tune two gas fireplaces. Justin, our tech, was there 40 minutes early (when does that happen) he got the one fireplace that was DOA back in service both of them, in a fast, friendly, and professional manner. He found a gas leak in one and fixed that too. He suggested that we could save money on heating if we added blowers to both units, then the heat would circulate the room rather than go up the chimney Sounded good to me, so I had him install them in both fireplaces, looking forward to the room being warmer from now on, and it should save on my heating bills. He left the place spotless, and was a very nice guy, I highly recommend hiring them to get your fireplaces tuned fo the winter! Just do it!"
