Called early AM and they were able to have a service technician on-site within 3 hours. After inspecting the tank and finding the source, the technician proposed the replacement options. Although most seem costly, the technician did a great job of explaining the work involved and how much time it would take. After doing some research, I went with these guys....and everything went to plan. Was able to schedule an appointment that worked for our schedule. The same technician came back out with another colleague. The entire job took about 5 hours. They answered all my questions. And they worked very neat. Yeah, they weren't the 'cheapest.' But, they corrected some previous issues, worked efficiently and completed the job correctly and in relatively quick time. They new exactly what to do and how to do it. Very good experience. "I called All Weather to give me a quote for replacing my gas boiler. They set up a time for their salesperson to come over and give me a quote. The appointment was only a few days later and a man named Joe showed up on time. He spent some time with me, I told him I was looking for a new boiler and a new hot water heater, but I wanted to see what options I have (since I was debating going to a tankless water heater). He told me going indirect hot water tank is the best option and they always use this brand that's the "best one out there". Even though he may have been right, he didn't tend to my questions or concerns very well. I felt like he was getting annoyed that I had questions and eventually I just let him run the show just to get him out of my house faster. Especially when he gave me a quote of $8600, it was much higher than I was anticipating. One thing I really didn't like was when he said I'd have to get a permit since I live in an incorporated village, which would be an extra $500, meanwhile I already had another plumber tell me a permits only $200. So I went with another company. So even though I can't rate All Weather on their work quality, I didn't get a good feeling from their salesperson."

"Under the recent extreme low temperatures, I encounted a ruptured pipe in the water supply to my first floor bathroom. The ruptured pipe is routed above the ceiling of my essentially unheated garage. This occurred on 01/02/2018. I called my normal plumber that evening who responded in the nastiest manner stating he already had 12 broken pipe repairs ahead of me and, being familiar to the pipe routing above the garage ceiling, would not come to my home until i had a portion of the ceiling removed to provide access to the pipe. This required obtaing the services of a handyman which proved elusive also. By 01/06/2018, I had reduced the flow of water from the pipe from Niagra falls to a steady drip but had not been able to located a p;umber or handy man. On the advice of a neighbor, i used home advisor and called this plumber. This was on a Saturday late afternoon and he was on a job in anothe part of Westchester. He was at my place in an hour! No change in rates for weekend work. He removed some insulationin a hole in the ceiling which had beeen left when we had the bathrom renovated. He immediately identified the leaking copper pipe. He rapaired the pipe and replaced four (4) 90 year old isolation valves in two hours. This included sending his partner to buy new valves. By 7:30 pm, he was finished and running out the door to an emergency in Manhattan. This company consists of two young men in their late twenties or early thirtys who have struck out on there own in the past two or three years. They appear very capable and competent! Do not be differed by the few years their company has been in existance. They obviously have been doing plumbing work for years. They are coming back to do additional work next week in my home after the freeze has gone. $$$ very, very reasonable!"
