He actually had a cancelation so he called knowing that my situation was dire. "For weeks, we were getting less and less water from our faucets. Finally, we were down to a dispiriting trickle. A first visit from Garrity did not resolve the issue. When, concerned, I called back several days later, they immediately dispatched Joe and Cody, who arrived w/n 15 min. They probed deeply to find out the cause, discovering a cracked pipe and failing well pump, dating from about 30 years ago. They installed a new pump and new well cap up to current code and ensured that the water coming from the well was bacteria-free. This am, Joe was back by 8 am to show us how to flush all chlorine residues from our system and explain what he had done. Joe was determined, undaunted and kept at it until he found the cause of the inadequate water pressure--despite the late evening hour yesterday. His explanations were informative, clear every step of the way and helped us understand what was going on. He was patient, amiable and very good at what he does. Thank you Joe, Cody and Garrity!"

"Shaun Boyd talked me into replacing my current perfectly working water system. He claimed that by replacing the current well pump control with a Pentec PID10 constant pressure control would eliminate the need for large water holding tanks. I agreed to follow Shaun's recommendation mainly to provide space for an in-house oil tank and replacing the in-ground tank. After the installation of the new system I found that the new system made such a loud noise that you could hear it one flight up. Shaun returned to fix the problem, however after he left the same problem persisted. I tried calling/texting Shaun many times over a three week period and he refuses to acknowledge my calls and texts. Shaun provided a three year guarantee on the overall system. If this is the way Shaun stands behind his work, I would recommend to anyone seeking his services to think twice about hiring him. My next course of action will be to contact my attorney. I regret having to do this but I have no other recourse if he continues to be non-responsive."

"I used this company to fix a slow leak in a pipe under my toilet. They were here for 30 seconds and charged $232.59. Will never use DeGasperi again and will never recommend to friends. Will find a more reasonable company. This was an outrageous price for work done and time spent."

"I bought a house in Ardsley recently. So, I was looking for an honest and reliable plumber whom I can trust if needed. So, I asked my realtor and she recommended Mr Wilson Taccuri. But He is a dishonest and unreliable plumber. I spoke to two other plumbers over the phone for 3 issues in one of my bathrooms. 1. low water pressure in faucet 2. leaking water around the P trap in the same sink and 3. constant dripping of water thru faucet. They recommended that I replace the faucet with a new one that would take care of everything.. Then I called Mr Wilson Taccuri and told my issues. He came home and fixed the first 2 issues and recommended replacing the faucet to fix the 3rd issues. I wanted to see what he suggest and what he does. Then, I had to buy a new faucet and call another plumber again to replace it. All issues could be fixed in one setting by changing the faucet and changing the valve as those were non-urgent. But he made me call plumber twice and increased the cost of my project."

"They installed a minisplit cooling system, with 3 exchanges June 2021. Since then it is not operating the way it should. In my bedroom with the door closed at night on cool at 70 degrees the humidity goes up to 80%. I wake up uncomfortable, change it from cool to dry mode. The humidity will go down into the 50% range but the temperature drops down to 62 or less! So in cool or dry mode I can't get a good nights sleep! They come and look at it and tell me everything is fine. I'm going to buy a window air conditioner tomorrow which seems insane because i spent $10,000 on this minisplit AC system!"
