""Wow!!!" is the first thing that comes to mind with Hampton Roads Water Services. We had a pipe that connects to our water heater that developed two pinhole leaks that got items in my closet wet and we had to shut the water off to the home to stop any further possible damage. The owner contacted me not too long after I posted my request for a quote by text message late at night and they were able to get one of their employees to my home before 11 a.m. Joseph did all of the work we needed quickly and efficiently and did a fantastic job! The rate for all of the work that was done was also very reasonable which was truly great! I most certainly would use this company again for any clean water repairs that I need to be completed in the future. Joseph also gave me his professional opinion on some concerns I had in other areas as well that confirmed what I thought was the issue. If you are looking for a great company to work on your clean water issues, this company is one I would say do give them a call and not worry about if you are making a good decision or not---call them!"

"For the last two years, I have signed a yearly contract with Sweetlands to do a twice-a-year check on my heating and air-conditioning service as well as On-Demand Gas Water Heater.....fall check before I use my heating system and spring check before I use my AC system. So, the switch to Sweetlands literally paid for itself with my first visit! My annual maintenance contract covering twice yearly cleaning, maintenance and check of all three of my units (Heating, AC, and On-Demand Gas Water Heater) is $374/year."

The technician was polite and very knowledgeable and left everything looking better than when he arrived.
