"Due to an unexpected partial flooded basement on a Sunday evening, I sent out requests for service. John was the first one to call and was at our house in just about an hour. He is very prompt and professional, and was able to get the water out of the basement that same night. He then set up 11 dehumidifiers throughout the basement to dry everything out for 3 days. The conclusion was handled very well, and he took "before and after" photos and sent those to the insurance company, and took multiple humidity readings as well. I highly recommend John for his skills, timeliness, and professionalism."

"The work was done on Tuesday, November 17th, 2020. Some equipment was left to dry out the area prior to sealing the floor. On Thursday, November 19th, 2020, someone came out to finish the job. However, some equipment was left behind and I called to have someone come and pick it up. No one came out and I had the equipment in my dining room area for Thanksgiving. To date, Wednesday, December 9th, still no one has picked up the equipment. Could you please send someone out to pick it up? I would like it removed before Christmas. Other than that, a good job was done."

"Standard Water installed a full-perimeter drain tile system in my home. This work included the removal of an existing drain tile system (original system only covered a portion of the house’s perimeter) and the need to tunnel under an existing tiled shower stall as one complicated feature of the project. Standard Water provided excellent service in answering all of the questions that I had before the work started and as the work was in progress. The company was very diligent in keeping the house clean (removed debris through a basement window) and thoroughly cleaned up once they were completely done with the project. On the day of the installation, the foreman noticed that the previously planned location of the discharge pipe was to be located in an area where discharged water would have covered the main walkway that leads to the front door. The foreman made a recommendation to re-route the discharge pipe to another location, far from where people enter and exit the house. I was very impressed with this as the company was looking after my best interest in this regard even through the alternative location was not as easy for them to complete as sticking with the original plan for the discharge pipe. On the second day of the project, some damage occurred inside the house were materials were being loaded/removed through a basement window. Standard Water came out immediately to inspect the damage, took ownership of the problem and promptly resolved the issue to my full satisfaction. I would recommend Standard Water to anyone seeking the installation of a drain tile system. The professionalism of its people, the quality of its work and its materials are superior to anyone else in the market."

"The team at Green Clean did an absolutely amazing job when our townhome unit endured some significant water damage from a neighboring unit's sink overflowing. They responded immediately to remove everything that was wet, begin the drying process, and ensure the damage was minimized. Once they were able to begin the rebuild process, it was done quickly, professionally, and the quality was fantastic. Attention to detail was impeccable and they made sure that everything was installed and rebuilt perfectly. "When I made the appointment for 2:00 PM, I was informed that the workmen might arrive late due to previous commitments at other homes. So I had no problem when they didn’t arrive until 5:00 PM. Both men were very courteous and knowledgeable about ice dams. I was mildly surprised when I was told that they would only be shoveling some of the snow off my roof and would not be completely removing the ice dams. Instead, they told me that they would steam channels among the ice dams to allow melting water to escape over the side of the roof. My only concern was leakage into my house and they assured me that the channeling technique would solve that problem. After 2 hours, although they were still not done with the channeling, they had shoveled a significant amount of snow off my roof and had exposed the roof vents which had been covered. I authorized another hour so that they could complete the channeling but, after 30 minutes, they ran out of fuel for their steamer. One side of my roof had been completed but the other side was only 2/3 done. Still they assured me that there would be no leaking when the temperatures rose in the Spring. So far, I have had no problems. Although the job wasn’t done to my expectations, I’m assuming that these guys know what they’re talking about and they saved me some money in the process. If my roof starts to leak in the Spring, I will update this review. However, I’m optimistic that won’t happen. Would I recommend this company to others? Definitely. However, I would also recommend that your expectations be clearly communicated before the work begins."
