"From the first call right after the fire until completion of service, the folks at Professional Restoration were great. They were at our business right away and did a great job of cleaning, reducing smoke damage, getting our ceiling repaired, everything. Very responsive and kept us appraised of any and all developments in this process. Never ever ever want to deal with another fire, but Professional Restoration made the nearly unthinkable/unbearable much more bearable. Masa Tsujimura Waraji Japanese Restaurant"

"Jimmie and his crew were very professional. He explained in details the process of removal of old insulation and laying of new vapor barrier in our crawlspace. They left the area spotless and removed all debris. Highly recommended this company. Small family and Veteran owned company."

"Great company to work with. I used them 6 years ago when the roof was replaced. If it wasnâ t for the hail damage there would not have been a need to replace the roof so soon."

"We had a water leak in a skylight and it caused water damage in the ceiling and adjacent walls. OCI Restoration was incredibly effective. They were at my house on short notice with a team of professionals. They were mindful of our furniture and belongings, and created barriers to protect the areas that had not been damaged. Their team was courteous, polite, and very responsive to our needs. They were able to settle everything with our insurance adjuster and made what could have been a difficult situation, very easy for me and my family. We will always be grateful to OCI."

"Friendly service, they're just overpriced and tried to up-sell me on a bunch of plumbing work."

"The job done was excellent. We have had better air quality in the house and our temperature is more stable. I'm no longer afraid of going under the house to change the filter on our heat pump or add salt to our water softener. No more snakes have been sighted. The crew left no debris at all; they were prompt and professional. No complaints."

"They did a good job.  I have an electric fireplace."

We contacted Pro-Clean after learning of a potential mold problem under our crawlspace. Brian showed up and did a thorough inspection (including pictures which he emailed me) and explained the type of mold that he found. After viewing the pictures, I called Brian about some structural questions I had regarding the ductwork, floor joists, and sub-structure. We had a formal estimate emailed to us the next day.

I called and scheduled an appointment. Brian called 24 hours before the appointment and confirmed the work to be done. He showed up the next day on time... and within 2.5 hours he was done. He remediated the mold, relocated some ductwork, and replaced over 150 feet in insulation.

He took additional pictures of the finished product and further advised on the completed work and how I could reduce the risk of future mold problems.

I was sceptical of the company having so few reviews but am very glad I took a chance.

I will positively use their services in the future.
