"We contacted Matthew Roberts, Inc. to provide a quote on replacing the heat pump at our home. They had been referred to us by friends who recently had a new system installed by them. Luke was very flexible with scheduling the initial visit and was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He wasn't a typical Salesman. I could tell after only a few questions that he was someone who knew how to install these systems. We ended up selecting Matthew Roberts, Inc to perform the installation based upon our evaluation of all competitive bids. Our final decision was influenced by a number of factors, including their competitive position, positive referral, the ability to start within 2 days, and our impression of their company based on the first meeting with Luke. Cory and Garrett showed up on time the first day to install our first unit downstairs. They worked nonstop that day and we were back to cool by dinner time. They were professional, meticulous, and left our space clean and tidy. Cory and Tim showed up on time the second day to install our second unit upstairs. Once again, we were back up and running by dinner time. Our space was undisturbed and all evidence of the construction project removed. Good crews. Behind the scenes, Eileen worked with my wife on scheduling and ordering. She was on top of everything and even came to our house to have us sign the paperwork the day before the work started. After the dust settled and we had time to let the systems settle in, Luke followed up and came out to take care of some loose ends and check everything out. Mr. Roberts even made an appearance to thank us for the business. You're welcome, you and your team earned it. "The owner Ken performed the cleaning service. He did a superb job, cleaned up after the service and offered a reasonable price. "We unexpectedly had A/C that was no longer cooling. I emailed over the weekend and they called us and came out Monday morning. Our A/C unit needed to be replaced. We'd used Service One for maintenance for several years and knew their work was great. This service continued. The 2 men worked all day and into early evening to get the old unit out and the new unit in and new upgraded variable thermostat (I love it!). Alfredo didn't try to up-sell us into something we didn't need. The 2 guys that did the work were a great team working together to get it done. Completely cleaned up everything. They installed entire new drain line, outdoor and indoor unit. I nicknamed one the A/C STAR LORD! J.P was awesome too. thanks service one. We'll continue to send our business your way."

"I wasnt happy with my existing HVAC Contractor so I called Air1 of Central Florida. Csaba came within few hours tested the system very methodically and diagnosed that drain pipe was clogged. He cleaned the pipe with pressurized nitrogen. His charges were reasonable."

"I called back on Monday, Donnie came out that afternoon and the price was great, he was professional and pleasant. The installers came Tuesday. A friend was at the house as I had to work and he kept calling me with things to ask Donnie. Donnie never sounded irritated and always said you are the customer and we want you to be happy. The issue required the technician to come back after he left Tuesday and he was pleasant as well even though it was already late. This technician couldn't identify why the unit was registering the correct numbers (my friend identified this issue, I would never had know, they left and all seemed fine). The technician was coming back Wednesday morning ( I had to take a day off of work) but Donnie first had another technician come to the house that evening. They found the copper pipes or whatever goes under the house was the problem and they needed to install new pipes through the attic. They never showed any disrespect or tone that wasn't professional and made me feel like the customer did come first. It took a lot of time and someone else to keep pushing the issue (my friend did A/Cs in Texas so he knew things luckily). When they say it isn't really the A/C that fails it is the installation, this could have been one of those. Thanks Service Star for great service. Luckily it isn't hot out but I can't really test the system but we will!"

"We solicited proposals from 4 companies. Certified provided an 18 seer unit for what others were charging for 16 seer. Excellent installation. They replaced a thermostat that was bad out of the box, and we got a 10 year labor, 12 year parts warranty"

"AAA+ on knowledge, timeliness, integrity It started with our thermostat turning off around 5 p.m. We called the company but they had already just closed. We left a message and within minutes, Nicole called back. We described the problem and she recommended that we clear the drain valve and reset a switch. Unfortunately, we were not able to figure out what she was describing. She offered to send a technician out that night and within an hour Thomas, the repairman, arrived. He cleared the line, reset the switch and the repair job was completed. The service call cost was extremely reasonable - $90, considering that he spent more than two hours on an after-hours call. Our A/C is more than 16 years old and well past the time for an upgrade. At OUR request, Thomas spent additional time going over the features and benefits of new systems and helping us select for a new install. Of course, having done this, the company waived our service call fee! Less than a week later, the install team – Trip and Brandon - arrived to install the new system. Courteous, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, hard working……. There simply are not enough adjectives to describe how diligently they worked and how impressed we were with them both. This company was not a name we recognized – having lived in this area for the last 25 years. Nonetheless, based on their professionalism and courtesy from the moment of the first phone handled by Nicole, then the initial service provided by Thomas and topped off by the install performed by Trip and Brandon, we are certain that we selected the best company to win our business. "This was the second time I have used Westbrook to service my air conditioner. I am very pleased with how honest and reliable the technicians are that work for this company. Never try and sell me on anything I don't need or want and perform the service quickly and efficiently. The technician went above and beyond today by fixing a leak with my blower unit. He cleaned out my drainage pipe inside the unit that was clogged and instead of a big ticket fix (that I was afraid of) he got it working again. No leak!. He also found a screw to fit the corner of the blower unit that had come out a few months ago and reattached it. I will never use anyone else but Westbrook to service my air conditioner and furnace."
