"These guys worked hard for four days in the merciless heat of New Mexico to install a sprinkler system in my large backyard and Repair, the one in the front front yard. They did a very good job and their price was reasonable. I can highly recommend them."

"The leak was repaired and the water heater was flushed"

"I've worked with the team at Ortega for more than 5 years for projects at both my home and a rental property. Work has included installation of new heating/cooling package unit, water heater installation/replacement (2), evaporative cooler installation, and miscellaneous heating and plumbing repairs. They are always quick to respond and get the job done as promised and per their estimate. Highly recommend."

"Antonio and Adam were outstanding representatives of the company. Knowledgeable and courteous, they performed our annual service expeditiously and made valuable recommendations. We will call Signature every time we need service or repair."

"NCB Mechanical has provided multiple services for me recently - servicing my tankless water heater and servicing my AC unit. Good communication, early (coordinated) arrival, and the work was completed quickly, professionally, and reasonably priced."

"Brad is an amazing plumber. Answers his calls promptly, courteous, hard working and finishes quickly. He fixed a well pump , installed outside faucets and installed an automatic horse waterer for us. He is very reasonable, and explained all costs ahead of time."

"Excellent work and professional services"

"I have had the water softener and reverse osmosis for about three years. A must have in Tucson. They have outstanding Customer service! I highly recommend Superior water."

"The crew did the job, digging up and replacing 40 ft of main water line from the city line to the house, including installation of a pressure reducing valve. Overall COST was pretty expensive for labor considering the PEX tubing for the water line was the pretty much the only parts needed minus the pressure valve. I realize they go by a book that determines cost before work is actually done, though and I agreed to it. Kinda hard to get other estimates when you are in a pickle and need water in your home going asap during the holidays. Job got done and the 2 workers were nice guys. One complaint is I asked if there was a Veteran's Discount and they did include it but it was LESS THAN a 3% discount off the subtotal. Taking a star off for this and another for high labor cost."

"Title: Exceptional, trustworthy plumbing — highly recommended Galactic Mechanical & Plumbing exceeded every expectation. After a frustrating runaround with other companies, Jordan drove up from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, waived the trip charge, and quickly diagnosed that I only needed a faucet fixture (not a full sink). He went to Home Depot, installed the new fixture, fixed a few other small issues, and left everything working — all billed fairly for one hour of labor. Jordan was professional, efficient, and honest; Megan in the office was courteous and helpful. As a longtime local with two homes, I’m already planning to use Galactic as my go-to plumber. Highly recommend them for reliable, respectful, and skilled service. Thank you, Jordan."
