"These guys were great my main water line broke from my water heater. I did know exactly where it broke just by putting ear to tile but they made the repairs and quickly. 4.5 stars just because they did not have anyone on there team to do tile work to fix the hole they made."

Randy didn't talk down to me, he explained everything that was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. When he was finished he made sure all areas around where he worked was cleaned up before he left. When I have more plumbing problems I will be calling Randy again, I highly recommend him!!!"

"The crew did the job, digging up and replacing 40 ft of main water line from the city line to the house, including installation of a pressure reducing valve. Overall COST was pretty expensive for labor considering the PEX tubing for the water line was the pretty much the only parts needed minus the pressure valve. I realize they go by a book that determines cost before work is actually done, though and I agreed to it. Kinda hard to get other estimates when you are in a pickle and need water in your home going asap during the holidays. Job got done and the 2 workers were nice guys. One complaint is I asked if there was a Veteran's Discount and they did include it but it was LESS THAN a 3% discount off the subtotal. Taking a star off for this and another for high labor cost."
