David scheduled the work to begin on a Monday per my request which made it very convenient for me to be home and take off of work.  The crew of 4 plumbers headed by Erwin were polite, clean and very hard working.  They completed the work in two long days, faster than expected.  The crews pressure tested and inspected every connection.  The city inspector came out the next day to confirm the work was done to city code standards.  Great experience working with these folks. <br />"

"The plumber and his assistant were quickly able to unclog the toilet. However, they did not have the right tool in their van to clear the drain under the sinks in the Master Bath. I was disappointed they had not brought the necessary tool. Instead they recommended I buy a 1/2 gallon bottle of BioSmart. Unfortunately, their poking around had turned a slow drain into a completely stopped-up drain. The assistant went back upstairs to pour 1/2 cup of the BioSmart treatment into the drain but the sink was full of water -- the BioSmart might have worked on a slow drain, but it did no good whatsoever sitting in the sink. We were unable to use the sinks in the Master Bath for the several days it took for the plumber to return with the proper tool. Now I have a pricey bottle of BioSmart that I don't want. Cost for first visit: $249 Cost for return visit to fix drain they should have fixed the first visit: $150"

"The guy from Perfection Supply did a really good tune-up and cleaning. The fireplace works fine. The problem is when I turned on the igniter, the fire keeps going off so I didn't know what was going on. Another place that I called said they couldn't come out for 3 to 4 months because they were super busy. I called them because they had a deal on Angie's List for cleaning the fireplace. He said he would give me fireplace 101 because I didn't know anything about fireplaces. He removed the cover and put it back so it wasn't a big deal and I could do that myself. He said that everything looked fine and there was a gas leak. He put something in there. He said he couldn't fix the pilot light because it was something the company that installed it would need to fix. His equipment wasn't working because his batteries died so I had to give him my batteries so he wasn't even prepared for the job. I called them because I didn't know what to expect from him and even though he did not do it, I wasn't going to give him a bad review. The first guy didn't know what he was doing. I called and they were not able to come back until May. The second guy knew what to do and everything was great. I would definitely use them again and nobody else will touch my fireplace."
