"DMV Kitchen and Bath RECOMMENDATION 2023 March In December 2022-January 2023, DMV Kitchen and Bath completely gutted and rebuilt 2 bathrooms for me (foundation, pipes, electric – everything). In addition, they restored several 110 year-old door transoms, installed new doors (5 panel solid wood) throughout the house, upgraded some woodwork, installed two pocket doors, and painted a few rooms. We used high quality materials throughout, not builder-grade. This is the third time I’ve asked DMV Kitchen and Bath to do a major renovation in one of my properties over the last 10 years. This wall system prevents shower wall inside from getting molds and bacteria. It also has a variety of panel design choices . After a color consultation with Ana (she's incredibly helpful!), a power washing, and a few minor repairs, the painting began on September 10th. Our project manager was Ricardo. "I have been renovating our house that was built in 1950’s and I am nearly finished. I previously hired All Renovations to update my two upstairs bathrooms with the 1950’s tile where they did a superb job. Now that I am working on the basement, I decided to go with All Renovations again to update the basement bathroom and again I am very happy with the results. The basement bathroom was in the laundry room with a washer, dryer, cabinets and a water softener system making it a tight squeeze for the space. Upon viewing the construction options with Adrian of All Renovations, he thought of moving the water softener system to an adjacent hallway closet. "Brought these guys in when the job was half finished by a relative who had been at it for 3 1/2 months.  The estimate was that it would take four days - it did.  They came when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves each day.  They pointed out imperfections in the wall that would need to be fixed before they could do the job properly.  Other tilers had missed this detail.  All that is left is for the glass enclosurre to be installed and they recommended the right people for that as well.  They are great to work with, exhibit integrity and character, and the results will not disappoint you.  What's not to love! <br />"
