"Everything went well despite the difficulties encountered with the removal of the old water heater (awkward location in a small utility area that was very wet). Anthony with Budget Home Services, Fairbanks North Houston location, was extremely knowledgeable, answered all questions thoroughly and patiently and installed my new water heater and made sure everything was correct. Some items needed to be brought up to code (as I live in an older home), and this was done during the installation procedure as well. I cannot recommend Budget Home Services enough! We will only use this company for our home services as they arise. They are prompt, professional, and courteous plus....they have great product knowledge and expertise! Highly recommend!"

Valton gave me several options as to how I could save money. "They repaired the problem after a 30 minute sales pitch on how other items in the condo were old and needed replacing even though they were not called out to check these items ie. water heater, toilets, & faucets. They were too much of a salesman and did not get down to the major issue we had at hand."
