"They arrived, saw the issue, and offered several repair options, with costs, and advantages/disadvantages with each, and the costs for the repairs to my try at repairing the plumbing. Definitely my plumber from now on and definitely recommend him."

"Awesome service. Very professional. We love our new tankless water heater."

"They fixed my grandmother's hot water heater and now she does not have to boil water they did a great job and very respectful."

"David Muna was very friendly, courteous, and above all, professional. He explained to me in detail what he was going to and why. Not once did I question his integrity nor his ability to repair my kitchen sink on time and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend David and JD Precision Plumbing Services, and I would not hesitate to use them again."

"Ruben Reyes removed our 50 gallon broken water heater and replaced with a tangles one and I was so impressed with his professionalism. This is a big job and he was amazing! I would definitely use him and the company again. Highly recommend."

"I originally called Nick's Plumbing to fix a kitchen faucet that I could not fix myself. David had it repaired in about 5 minutes. I was embarrassed that I couldn't figure it out myself. I figured that while he was there, I'd ask some questions about our hot water supply. He checked our water heater to find it was 12 years old. It had never been serviced. The 12 years of sediment build up explained poor hot water supply. I asked about replacing with another tank and the cost for a tankless system. It was about 2½ times more expensive to put in a tankless system. The 40 gallon water heater was in our attic. The thought of a leak in tank, and the possibility of 40 gallons drenching the house - and the continued water supply trying to fill the leaking tank - was the 1st thought that came to mind. I'm looking towards retirement soon with no regular paycheck to replace a water heater. I asked myself "if I'm going to replace a water heater in the next 2 to 5 years, isn't NOW the time to do it?" We are planning to retire in our current home. The tankless system seemed to make sense for us now and into the next 10 to 20 years. I plan to have THIS hot water system regularly serviced so that we get more than 12 years use out of it. David and Jorge got all the parts and materials to replace the old water heater with the new tankless system. This included replacing the roof vent - tankless requires something different than a tank. I was home when they initially arrived and when we negotiated the replacement. I had to leave for work but my wife was there while they worked. She said they departed about 4 pm so it was an all - day job. Nobody replaces their water heater on a whim. Something bad has to happen - like a leak or no hot water. I got lucky. I replaced my hot water heater by talking to an experienced plumber about annoying issues. I got it replaced before something bad happening. Thanks David, Jorge, and the folks at Nick's."

"Very Professional, arrived on the time they told me, explained the water heater parts and their functionality after installation; Did a great job!"

"We couldn't get our water heater to work, and they were able to come out to our house that same afternoon. I was running late to get back to our house, but they patiently waited until I arrived. It was an easy fix, so we only had to pay the $50 service fee. The technicians explained to me the fix and how to prevent this issue from happening in the future. They answered all my "dumb" questions with professionalism and care. Courtney (who answered all my calls) also had great professionalism and was very intentional. I would definitely hire them again if I had any other issues."

"The technician that came to see the water heater was very knowledgeable, but their price was astronomical. They tried to get my signed up for a member service which was really more of a "peace of mind" kind of thing, but was also expensive ($130/year). This was on top of the price quoted to fix my issue."
