"Called about 10 pm and they installed a new water heater the next day at 2. Have me options for water heater brands. They are in my speed dial for plumbing"

"Was able to have both water heater update and installation went smoothly."

"Our 23 year old water heater finally bit the dust yesterday. I put in a request for quotes through Angieâ s List/Home Advisor and within 10 minutes Andy from Still Waters is calling me back. He was able to give me a quote over the phone just by texting him a few pictures of the old water heater. He was able to come out the same day (Saturday) to make the replacement. Andy was extremely professional and efficient. The overall cost was very fair, especially for being an emergency call on a Saturday. Because it was the weekend he had to purchase the water heater at one of the big box stores (Home Depot). When he unboxed the heater it had a dent on the side of the unit, which was no fault of his. Andy immediately let me know of the dent and explained that it was simply cosmetic and posed no problem to operation/function of the heater. He said that he would be happy to either discount the cost of the heater or take it back to the Home Depot. I decided to take the discount and keep the dented heater. I really appreciate Andy being up front about the dent and giving me options as the customer. Within just a few hours he had the old unit out and the brand new water heater installed. We now have hot water again! I will definitely be using Still Waters Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs."

"Greenes Plumbing responded to my inquiry immediately and replaced my water heater the very next morning. I highly recommend!"

"Very knowledgeable and replaced both inside and outside units in what was the coldest and wettest day. Obviously mud and water was an issue but, they came back the next day and cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend them for any of your heating or air conditioning work."

"I have used Jack Woods quite a bit over the years. Easy to schedule, good pricing and always quality work. Had a hot water tank replaced, shower fixed and toilet repair done on 7/9, went very well. Would recommend"

"He came in to check out my water heater and see what was wrong with it. He let me know that the whole tank needed to be replaced and gave me his price, but gave me the opportunity to speak with my dad instead of pressuring me to commit. He was very nice and also helped me out with finding someone who is more specialized in snaking drains to help me with another issue I am having. He was very kind and helpful and I will be calling him back to help with my tank replacement if my dad is not able to help me."

"This is the 2nd time I have used Safe Electric and both times I have used them have been great experiences. I had 3 new fixtures installed plus a new circuit run to be used for a new freezer in our finished basement. Jon & Eric were the two electricians that were sent to my home. They worked efficiently and quickly, but did outstanding work. Even though our basement had a finished ceiling, they were able to run a wire through with minimal disruption to the finished ceiling. I had concerns about the alignment of the lights on the fixture (this was a manufacturing defect and nothing to do with their installation) and they obliged me by improving the light alignment. They also cleaned up after they were completed and disposed of the old light fixtures and packaging materials for the new fixtures. Their work was excellent. The only negative aspect was the price which seemed very high to me. The cost for installation of the 3 light fixtures was $462 and the new circuit was $903."

"Impressed is an understatement! I called Apex when my mom's water heater went out and the company her home warranty sent couldn't repair the shut off valve. They came within 1.5 hours of me calling and were amazing. They repaired the shut off valve and took the time to explain everything. We were so impressed we had them install the new hot water tank instead of using the home warranty company. Charles was able to do everything the same day and worked around the water mitigation company. He was so professional and did a great job. We will definitely be using them for all our future plumbing needs!"

"It went well, the best thing about getting my water heater was the people who installed it."
