"I had Home Solutions Handyman replace a wooden door between my garage and home. The original door never really closed that well, strong windstorms would often blow it open despite being locked, and had about a one inch gap between the bottom of the door and interior flooring that we had to use a draft snake to keep the heat/air from going out into the garage (and bugs from just walking in). The gentleman who came out to do the estimate was prompt and listened to my thoughts and what I wanted from the replacement. I received a detailed and accurate quote via email a day or two later. The quote was only for labor and stated that I would supply the replacement door and lock set. I didn't have an issue with that since it allow me to pick out a door from a local big box store with a minimum of dents or other damage and get a lockset that matched the others in my home. The technician, named Steve I believe, was on-time and seemed very detailed with his work ensuring the door was properly installed. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy.
