Scott has been to my house before to fix Kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. Very professional and nice. This time, he did the big job, replaced the water heater and cleaned up as well. Very reliable service."

"There's really not that much I can say. The two men who arrived both put booties on, which was nice. One of the men ran a test for chlorine (found some) and to determine if I had hard water (I did). Normally I wouldn't have allowed two workers, since I've been burned in the past by theft. It's a common strategy for one worker to turn the water off and while you are watching the man who is doing the inspection and repair work the other is looking for items to hock. But these two seemed honest enough. After all was said and done the disposer was beyond repair -- something had "snapped." The disposer was relatively new so I wasn't about to purchase a new one. The man said he had never seen a disposer vibrate that way, but I had researched it online and it's not too uncommon. ???"

"I was thoroughly pleased with the installation of my new kitchen faucet. What I liked is that they went above and beyond. There were other things in the house that needed attention and Kyle changed did a "wellness" check around the house, the bathrooms and found that the faucet to the outside of the house needed updating. I wills say that their price was a little high but for my peace of mind, it was worth it. Within 5 days of my work being done, I recommended them to a co-worker who needed a hot water heater repaired and they are satisfied with that work too. Yes, I will call on InstaPlumbing again."

That alone told me a lot about his commitment. He assessed the situation first, then came back to complete the repair and walked me through everything step by step so I actually understood what was happening and why. With a house this old, that kind of communication really matters. Since we had just moved in, he also helped service a few other things around the house so we could get ahead of potential issues. He clearly knows his trade and takes the time to do things properly. I'm very thankful to him and the gentleman with him.
