"I was a little disappointed that they didn't tell there was another coupon available towards the purchase of the actual repair and so I think they use it but I think I ended up paying more than if I hadn't used it.

Scheduling was easy their very good most of the time I help to save more with the nineteen dollar purchase but it didn't work out at all they came for a diagnostic but they ended up pushing a button on the machine to turn it back on apparently had a safety switch of some sort that had kicked in so because they ended up pushing a button they repaired it and so it was no longer diagnostics service call but a repair service and so for the repair which was pushing the button I was charged ninety nine dollars which would have been same thing has the diagnostic call if they hadn't push that button. 

They didn't make any effort to work with me to try to save  me any money even though all they had to do was push a button to turn it on so I felt a little taken advantage of by the whole situation but so that's how they make money."
