"Came before scheduled time and gave me options. Had replaced and was completed professionally."

"Due to poor quality water (hard, occasional brown water, chloramine etc on Aqua in N Raleigh) I had been wanting to do a whole home water filter. After doing some research and meeting with 4 service providers I engaged Streamline. I felt they were very professional and straight forward in their discussions and offered a very high quality product at a price that was not cheap but fair. They also offered a 12 month no interest financing which helped. We had the following installed: Carbon back washing filter (no maintenance), Water softener (needs salt every couple of months), and a Reverse Osmosis filter on kitchen sink tap. Discussion of details of install offered a few choices and we were able to very easily work with Chad at Streamline to decide on the best configuration and placement. Installation went very well - prompt and efficient, clean and no significant issues so far post install. The only minor issue has been the backwashing cycle for the carbon filter doing an initial run at midnight which woke us up, but was easy to resolve by programming it to occur on a weekday afternoon in the future."

"Excellent experience with Modern Plumbing of the Triangle! I had an unexpected water heater emergency over the weekend, and Master Plumber Mike Calkins, was responsive, thorough in diagnosing the issue, and prompt in scheduling service. He completed the installation the very next day with exceptional workmanship. He was professional, patient in answering my many questions, and he did not try to up sell unnecessary services or products. His pricing was reasonable and he cleaned up the area thoroughly after the service was completed. I would absolutely hire him again and I wholeheartedly recommend him without reservation. If you have water heater or any plumbing needs, consider Modern Plumbing of the Triangle - you will not be disappointed!"

"They recommended other services that would be needed in the future and tips to keep the water heater operational"

"FIVE STARS to Cape Fear Air, Plumbing, and Electrical of Raleigh for their responsiveness and superior job installing a new Trane HVAC system in our home during the peak of the heat wave in July. Unfortunately, our 17-year-old Trane died during this period of record-breaking heat indexes. Josh Pitts, Cape Fear Project Manager, quickly and professionally responded with the right equipment at a fair price with an excellent install team. The installers, JJ and Spencer, did a SUPERIOR job removing the old equipment and installing the new system. The City of Raleigh inspector was very impressed and pleased with the top-notch quality of Cape Fear's installation (I accompanied him on the outside and inside inspection). I highly recommend Cape Fear Air, Plumbing, and Electrical of Raleigh."

"Great service. They came in and assessed the issue and provided options for the replacement of our gaspack. The company was knowledgeable on each option and answered all of our questions. Prior to install we had a walkthrough to double check they had all the parts for the new gaspack, and completed the install of the new device in less time than anticipated the following day."

"I had them come in a put in a new HVAC system which works very well and is very efficient. It cut my bill down. Then I got them to come and put in a new Generac Generator and that was done very well, and it now is an operational unit for an emergency power outage. I highly recommend them for the service and the service after the installation. No complaints from this customer."

"Everyone was really great, they gave me a quote and were out the next day to replace my hot water heater The guys were the best and it didn’t take long, would highly recommend"
