"Took care of the cleaning and service of thankless water heater. This was one of many plumbing services from bathroom remodel and leaks to garbage disposal replacement and small plumbing services."

"Ward plumbing came at the time he said he would, did the job and gave me a reasonable price. There was a slight issue with the repair and he had to be called out back out again. I wasn't provided with a time for the recall and, consequently, waited around for Ward Plumbing to call me which was a waste of my day. Nevertheless, the problem with my hot water heater has been fixed and is working again."

"It went amazing. Paid the extra bucks for emergency service, because of our smallish waterfall, looking leak, sprouting from a bathroom pipe, enough to puddle water onto our basement/laundry room floor. Initially, spoke to Chris, who was pleasant and upfront with the per hour fees, for emergency services. He sent us Tim, who was hesitant at first, due to the location of the leak, but his experience and knowledge, enabled him to decipher the location of our leak and fix it. A quick trip to Lowes, where he promptly returned and in 90 minutes, the job was done. A week later and the valve is bone dry. Yay!!!"

"John and his helper were efficient, professional, and prompt. The issue was quickly assess, and the job to replace/install external faucets were completed in about 12 minutes. John explained the cautions about the new rubber turning wheel and rust proof devices, to include winter draining procedures. The price to do the work was fair. I am pleased."

"A++++ service. Had no hot water. Done Right Today was there within a few hours of my call. I had a new hot water installed that day at a reasonable rate. Staff was great from the phone call to the installation. Highly recommend!"

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"I got a same-day service appointment, but realized about an hour later that I did not need the technician to come (the problem was diagnosed by WSSC and was not a water heater problem but a plumbing issue). I canceled the appointment. Both Petro customer service agents were very nice and professional."

"Danny came on a service call to look at an exterior outlet that did not work when I bought my house years ago. He did a lot of detective work to find out where the issue was, and gave me some repair options. He recommended scheduling a new appointment with a half-day deal, rather than continuing the repair with the service call rate. He also gave me a list of supplies that I could pick up in advance to save some time (and money). When he came back, he installed a new junction box, connected the wires to a circuit (it didn't work because the wires were just tied off), and replaced and sealed the outlet. He had to remove and reinstall the dishwasher in the process, and cleaned up the work area well. Danny was very nice, answered all my questions, and took the time to do things right. I plan to hire him again."

"They replaced my hot water heater and they fixed all the plumbing issues I was having. I will always call them for plumbing services!!!!"
