Within 30 minutes I received a phone call from Cory, the owner of Integrated Electric. I explained the problem that we were having and he told me that he actually lived in the area and that he could stop by on his way home to take a look at the problem. He had told me that he was not a tech guy by trade but he would take a look and if it was something that he could fix he would gladly do the work and if not there would be no charge. Needless to say it was more involved than just a simple fix and we wound up having to install a new phone system but Corey went above and beyond to get the job done! He was very professional and the work he performed was A+++ I would definitely recommend Integrated Electric and Corey gained a customer for life!"

"Technician ( Mike McCabe) was friendly, courteous , excellent & professional. The service was provided on the next day after I called. They kept me informed concerning their arrival. The price for the repair ( including a Senior Discount + A $50 OFF coupon ) still did seem a bit high for the amount of work done, but I am not sure what the going rates are. Please note that Gold Medal was the ONLY company to respond to my request. I have used them a number of times in the past and my remarks above were fairly in line with past services. Overall, was very satisfied with the service."

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"
