"Our jungle is getting much needed taming and we are so glad to have found out about Mr Kunze! He is a very knowledgeable and tireless plantsman. At our first meeting he looked over the property and outlined a plan which would get us the maximum benefits of his services as quickly and affordably as possible. He is prompt, communicates thoroughly throughout the process, works efficiently and the results are beautiful. We highly recommend this company and will continue to call on Bill to help us keep our property under control!"

"Provided a competitive quote for services. Were unable to do framing corrections, but foundation pier solution was at a competitive price. Our buyer cancelled the sale, but I believe the seller went with this company to do the work."

"I got 3 quotes and I could not be happier with choosing Concrete Corrections. They quoted me on exactly what I asked for. They are very knowledgeable -- they explained everything and answered all of my questions. Their price was much, much better than the 1st two quotes. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend them."

"It was a rainy time and I had vacations planned, so there was a lot of scheduling and canceling due to weather. But the company was good about calling with changing days. Also cleaned up everything and no hidden costs <br />"

"The work is good but the clean up and the lack of responsiveness after the job and after he was paid is very poor and unprofessional. His contract calls for clean up and a warranty for a period of time. There are three cracks already and lots of concrete spray on my house and other items which he promised to resolve. The house is new and he marred the newly painted siding. He does not call or respond to emails...so very disappointed. I have given him ample time, thus the poor report."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Columbia, SC

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
