"Called Amanda Plumbing because I detected a faint, intermittent natural gas odor outside near my gas meter, They came out and did a check with a gas detector and did detect a slight emission coming from the vent on regulator attached to the meter. Said it was normal for that to happen at the vent. I've read that elsewhere, so it made sense. They also did a gas line pressure test on the lines from the meter to the inside of my house, and found no leaks. I believe they did a thorough job and checked everything they should be expected to check. They were professional and courteous as well."

He gave me a very good deal on replacing it and even replacing the pipes to get me up to code. He offered to do the work that very day, but we were headed out of town for Thanksgiving. Got it done on Monday, and im very pleased with the new hot water tank and work that he did. This guy is very professional, really nice and guaranteed his work. "The plumber did a solid job and even fixed a vent pipe I cut into by accident without charging extra which was very nice. The quote ended up being the price of the job which was nice to see as well. The job was to relocate the drain pipe and two water lines from the right side of the vanity cutout to the middle to accommodate out new vanity in the spare bathroom and extend their height from the exiting level. I also needed him to add another set of water lines and a drain pipe for a second vanity in the main bathroom and extend both sets of water lines too."
