"They installed the drai pipe in the joists of the basement ceiling so that I could not open the basement door completely. They are coing next week to fix it, at their cost."

"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

"Andrew was great on time and personable. He knew what he was doing and even showed me the issues. He fixed what he was able to and advised me on what I need to do next since the next issue was not the plumbing. When I was urgently looking for someone to come fix the leak I had, everyone else was unable to make it the day of. Andrew made it in an hour from speaking with him. I would recommend his services to anyone needing a plumber."

"The two men arrived on time, were courteous and expedient. They replaced my faucet and showed/explained what they had done before leaving. Shortly thereafter, I am experiencing a leak in my basement which may/may not be related to the project. If it continues, I will call them out to investigate the issue."

"They were fabulous. Prompt return call after initial inquiry, they were conscientious of water, dirt on shoes on my floors and put towels down. Honest, educated and absolutely fair pricing for honest work. Would call again for any type of issue."

"Eric is very nice person to discuss about the project details to get more competitive quotations. He replaced natural gas hot water heater and done outstanding job. His communications were very clear.."

"My home jet well pump was failing after 27 years, Joe the Plumbers crew came in and Demo'd the old unit along with several feet of old copper pipe along with associated fittings. The plastic fittings were really imbedded inside the galvanized pie treads requiring heat and a lot of prying and cutting to remove them. They diagnosed the pump failure die to a water log tank where the diaphram went bad. They recommended that I get the tank replaced to extend the life of the new pump which I will do next week. Both plumbers were very neat, organized and professional. The came with all the parts needed to perform this job. Highly recommend them to any homeowner or business. I was able to contact them on the first call, and set up an appointment for the next day which was when the repair was performed. I They have a fixed cost for jobs so you know ahead of time. They do have an $89 fee just to some out, but well worth it as they do excellent work! This is the second time i used them for an emergency repair and give them a 9 out of 10 which is excellent!"

"Outstanding professional service all around by N & J Plumbing from the moment I was contacted by Nick on a Saturday (when my water heater began leaking), who initially guided me on the phone as to the actions I needed to take to gradually stop the leak - until the replacement of my water heater on Monday by Nickâ s team."
