"Had Dave out to work on my furnace yesterday and talked to Rich from RMS to get the ball rolling for my repair. I HIGHLY recommend them! Amazingly honest guys who do quality work. Having them come back out for my hot water tank in the very near future. Gillece recommended replacing my furnace and AC yesterday for $9,990. After I asked them to leave, I called Rich at RMS and had Dave come out. He fixed my issue in 3 hours for $600! Refreshingly honest service during a time when others try to take advantage of you. "We hired Anthony to perform a bathroom and basement remodel. I can't say enough about how pleased we are in every aspect of Anthony and Mark's work, cost and professionalism. "Two professional installers. Done in one day.  If only one person had been there for the install it would have been a 2.5 day job. With two people the job was completed in one day. I bought their recommended Amana furnace/AC. They were personable and interacted well when I had questions. If one person had been there it would have been a 2.5 day job. The unit worked the first time they turned it on and is a significant improvement. At the end of the job they thoroughly cleaned the area. And no up front money which indicated a well run business.
I had been told about other people who installed furnaces but I am confident that they were horror stories waiting to happen. This job required experienced workers. I may have paid more, but I may have ended up with a low quality (cheaper) unit as well as delays while the installer dealt with personal issues or disappeared.
This is the third time I have used Giant and each instance was totally satisfactory.

"The install could not have gone better. The technician was at my home at exactly the time given. My water heater is in a carpeted hall way and the technician was careful and considerate to ensure that carpet was not damaged. The installation took about 2 hours and when done, I would never have known the technician was in the home except that I now had hot water."

"Dylan is a true professional. He came to my home and looked at the water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. I have a Home Warranty and he coordinated with that company to get my water heater replaced. He stayed in communication with me and arrived at my home within the timeframe he stated. He is extremely friendly and down to earth. He answered all the questions I had concerning the process. He took the time and showed me how to adjust the hot water temperature on the tank. He cleaned up the area where he worked and took the old tank and parts. You can be assured that he will do a very good job for you at a reasonable cost. I'm planning on remodeling my bathroom in the near future and I am definitely going to hire him to do the job because I know I can trust him to do a wonderful job for a fair price."

"We contacted them first because they had a really good rating. My husband sent an email to them at night and they called me first thing in the morning the next day. They could not come out to our area but they did spend a lot of time on the phone talking me through some suggestions. So, they did provide service. They were very down to earth and they did not talk down to me like some commercial companies tried to do. They provided a lot of free and good advices even though they could not provide the service for me. We would call them again in the future to have them actually come out if they could."

After Collin reviewed the types of available units, I scheduled an appointment for the next week. "My husband and I were looking for a qualified carpenter who could take on all aspects of a major bathroom renovation except for laying the tile because we already had a tile guy to do that.  The positive reviews on Angie's List led us to Galen.  The fact that he could also do electrical and plumbing was a bonus.  His endless knowledge and abilities exceeded our expectations and we were very pleased with his work.  He always arrived on time, put in a full day's work, and cleaned up before leaving. Our master bathroom is beautiful and looks and functions like something you would find at a resort spa.  We have him on "speed dial" and will definitely call him again for any major or minor repairs our house may need.  We look forward to working with him again in the near future.
