"Alec from Aqua Sewer & Drain Service very professional when he showed up to check the water leak we had. Alec diagnosed the issue and said we needed an expansion tank since it cracked and that’s where all the water was leaking from. He said we don’t need a water heater because that is functioning properly. He took some pictures and then went to get the parts and came back within 30 mins and started the work. You can tell he really knew what he was doing. He had all the right tools in his work truck. He removed the old expansion tank and put in the new expansion tank and a shut off valve and he also strapped the expansion tank so it got added support. He also check the water pressure and looked for leaks before he left. We had this issue Friday night around 11pm and we call his company Saturday morning and he should up at 8am. It took about 2 hours before he finished. Alec was very knowledgeable, he also wore booties on his shoes in our house. I would recommend Aqua Sewer & Drain Services to anyone who has any plumbing issues. We live in South Brunswick NJ."

"I called All Weather to give me a quote for replacing my gas boiler. They set up a time for their salesperson to come over and give me a quote. The appointment was only a few days later and a man named Joe showed up on time. He spent some time with me, I told him I was looking for a new boiler and a new hot water heater, but I wanted to see what options I have (since I was debating going to a tankless water heater). He told me going indirect hot water tank is the best option and they always use this brand that's the "best one out there". Even though he may have been right, he didn't tend to my questions or concerns very well. I felt like he was getting annoyed that I had questions and eventually I just let him run the show just to get him out of my house faster. Especially when he gave me a quote of $8600, it was much higher than I was anticipating. One thing I really didn't like was when he said I'd have to get a permit since I live in an incorporated village, which would be an extra $500, meanwhile I already had another plumber tell me a permits only $200. So I went with another company. So even though I can't rate All Weather on their work quality, I didn't get a good feeling from their salesperson."

"It went very well. Before my service guy Eric showed up, the company sent me his photo, advised they were following safe Covid practices and gave me an ETA for his arrival. Eric was very professional and he assessed that I needed a new thermocouple. Eric installed the thermocouple and had the furnace running again promptly. He also advised me that Arctic Air had a plumbing division when I was asking about replacing the hot water heater. He took the time to call the office about the cost of replacing my hot water heater and gave me a quote good for 6 months. Eric was very knowledgeable, welcomed my questions and he really impressed me. I had been looking for a trustworthy service and I feel I have found that in Arctic Air. "Cory and his team (Don) were professional from beginning to end and no task was too much. My initial call was about just installing an outlet and running ethernet cable to 2 rooms. But while talking he said he would hang up the tv as well as long as I had a bracket, which was amazing! I really thought I was going to have to do that myself or find a handyman for such a small project. Needless to say it took them less than an hour to install the outlet and hang the tv. The ethernet cable seemed to be more of a challenge due to my homes older construction but they made it work and I am absolutely thrilled with the final product. (It was also pouring that day and Cory was down in our crawl space which required him to be outside for short periods of time without complaint) Would definitely hire them again!"
