He clearly went over the options and pricing for replacing the valves vs a new hot water tank vs a tankless system. There was zero pressure from the technician, he simply went over the pros and cons of each option and let us decide, and then quickly went about installing the new system. I couldn’t be happier."

Amanda Plumbing found out from the water company that they could just replace the pipes in the meter well without excavation. However, in the end, the entire problem was resolved by just replacing a couple of gaskets. "Joe answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon and set the appointment for the next day.  He was punctual and went straight to work.  The replacement of the faucet, garbage disposal and sink went well without any hiccups.  He also found a link in the main drain and  repaired it.  We purchased a "big deal" and he completed the work in the time within the time frame.  We would definitely use Joe again for our plumbing needs!

"I called Dublin Plumbing, LLC about a leaky shower faucet.  It was leaking hot water.
The plumber was on time, a little early actually, and friendly.  He quickly determined what the problem was and made the repair to the hot water knob by replacing a rubber ring.   He made the same repair to the cold water side of the faucet so that I wouldn't have to call them back to repair the other side.  
The plumber didn't seem rushed and he answered all of my questions.   Overall, I was very happy with the service and I will probably use this company again in the future.

They called me to let me know they were on the way, they were here within 10 minutes of the call. They brought special shoes just in case, which weren't needed as I have linoleum floors. I showed them the problem, they went to fixing with no questions asked, they were done in a very short amount of time.
