This is the 30th year of having the water management inside basement draining system. Placed a project and shortly got a call from Dun Rite Drain Cleaning. I was able to speak to an actual technician as my job is not about sewer, toilets, etc. Spoke with Sterling at Dun Rite Drain Cleaning and he gave good information and he also agreed I should contact the company that has the warranty. He did mention that the companies in general hire out the drain inspection as they do not have on staff such personnel. I was given a rough quote as FYI. After getting information I contacted the company that I have warranty with, and it was determined I did not need the service. The company with warranty had me take pictures and will get back with me after reviewing them. "I had a leak in the main water line to my house.  I contacted Heil Plumbing on Tuesday morning.  Ed Heil came to my house within three hours and gave me estimates on the spot to replace 20 feet (where <br /> it seemed the leak was coming from) of the line coming into the house or to replace the entire line if necessary.  I got a call later that afternoon scheduling the job for Wednesday, the next day.  On Wednesday morning it started raining and it was pretty clear that it was going to be raining all day. Ed called and said that they would have to reschedule the job because of the weather and they wouldn?t be able to get to it until the following Monday.  While my situation wasn?t a true emergency it was wearing on my nerves and I was anxious to get the problem resolved.  I asked Ed if there was any way they could fit the job in before Monday ? he said he would look into it, but couldn?t promise anything. <br /> They called early the next morning saying they could do the work that day.  Joeseph Heil (Ed?s son, and grandson of the company founder) showed up around 9:00am with a two-person crew and a large backhoe.  They dug a single hole in my yard with the backhoe and located the water line which they cut about 20 feet from the house.  They fed a cable through the waterline into the house then used the backhoe to pull out the old pipe out and pulled in the new replacement pipe at the same time.  They located the leak in the old pipe and concluded that I didn?t need to replace the rest of the original line. <br /> Ed and his crew connected the new pipe, filled the hole, patched the basement wall, and cleaned up everything.  They even replanted two bushes and put down top soil and grass seed where the backhoe had made ruts in the yard.  They completed the entire job in about four hours.  I expected my entire front yard to be torn up, but when they left you could hardly tell that they had been there. <br /> In summary, Heil Plumbing handled all aspects of the job in excellent fashion. <br />"
