"Andy and his helper were INCREDIBLY respectful, punctual, and competent. Andy showed me what was wrong with my leaking shower head before/after repair and stepped me through the whole process. The total cost was cheaper compared to other plumbers and he took the time to show me how I could prevent other water damage in my shower stall. He made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. More importantly, he was very nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend his services for any plumbing repairs."

"I have had Ehrhardt plumbing for numerous plumbing jobs. The Roman Tub Faucet installation was probably the least successful job but still OK. The tech left and the faucet was on a constant drip/flow. I had to call and have the tech return. He said he needed a replacement part. Since the faucet was one I had ordered online -and from company Ehrhardt does not deal with, I needed to find it. I eventually did. The drip fortunately stopped. I still wanted someone to come and recheck it -- didn't seem to work that great. I was told I would have to pay for the recheck. I was disappointed considering I have been a good loyal customer. I opted not to have him come. Previously they have replaced two hot water heaters. I would still call them because for the most part the service has been satisfactory."

Pricing was fair. Went above an beyond to solve the water heater issue we had. Even calling in an electrician to help with a fix. They were on-time to early on their scheduled appointments. "This was a last second thing. Our hot water heater died on us. Left him a message on Tuesday afternoon. He showed up first thing next morning. Right on time. Discussed the job and he gave me a estimate with a small window. And he said he could have me back with hot water in a few hours. Sure enough less then 3 hours later I’m back running. Very good and clean job. Very professional with all aspects of the job which was nice. Best part of it all when it’s time to pay his his price was barely over the low end of his estimate. Everyone else would most likely been barely under the top end of their estimate. So a very good clean job done as a rush for a good price."
