"In the time of COVID-19, my husband and I had a hard time finding a plumber to come out as swiftly as possible when we noticed discoloration on the wall behind our toilet. Tim came recommended through another, very similar reviewing and contracting website, and we could not be happier. Within an hour of speaking with him, he was at our house assessing the job. He removed the toilet, cut into our wall (very carefully and as neatly as possible), replaced our original copper piping with pex tubing, and reinstalled the toilet - all on the same day. I could not be happier with how quickly and efficiently he got us back up and running, as this is our only bathroom. We received our invoice promptly with a detailed explanation of the work performed and also a picture of the repair. Very fair pricing for the extensive emergency repair required. "I rated them B for responsiveness because the first time I called I was told they would call back and they did not. As you would expect the price was too high. They ended up tightening a union of pipes and testing to see if it leaked. The first time it was tightened, it did leak and they went to replace the part. A second tech tightened it further, retested and it did not leak.Not sure why the first person didn't tighten further. So the question remains; is the problem solved. We will see when the heating season begins. The techs were young, personable and seemed knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. They spent over two hours here, some of it waiting to get the heating up for testing. Had a $50.00 coupon or the cost would have been over $400."

Jeremy called me back immediately, listened to my concerns and scheduled me for two days later. The other plumber that actually returned my call needed a week after missing the first appointment. Jeremy showed up and identified the issues with my hot water and quoted me a very fair price for the amount of work he ended up having to do on my neglected plumbing. He was friendly, quick, honest, and professional. He had everything completed within a reasonable time and my hot water never worked so good.
