"well the person Antoine the person that gave us the estimate was very pushy to get us to have them do the work and promised us a number of things that roto rooter does not do, such as promise plastic bins for storing goods in the basement, that our insurance company would include the cost of clearing the line to go toward our deductible which is not covered. that the cleaners would put things back after the clean up and that any items that the insurance company need to see for property damage they would dispose of the items after the adjuster came and they do not take and dispose. the person Terry that cleared the line was professional and did a great job. The restoration men mike and ahmed were nice but on Jan 4th Mike told us he was in a meeting and would be here about 10am and did not show so I called him at or about 1130a for him to be aggravated that I was following up and said would be here by 12p only to show up about 1-130p and when they left they didn't tell us goodbye or when they would return and left the basement a mess sorry but no photos. On sunday 6Jan Mike came by to review job and get moisture readings and when I told him the experience we had with the restoration team told me he was embarrassed by the way they left the job and the condition it was in. I mentioned to Mike that I did not like that no supervisor was available for me to talk with and even Mike didn't want to take responsibility for being their supervisor until I pointed out to him that he had told me he was the supervisor. I was ready to plug my dehumidifier back in only to find that they broke a hose that was attached to the water reservoir so that it could drain so now I have to replace it. Overall I would say I will never use them again for restoration work as they have been very unsatisfactory to me and my wife. VERY UNSATISFACTORY!!!!!"

"When we explained to Nicky that we had to turn off the water to the entire house, she was able to get a plumber out to the house that afternoon. Our serviceman was Aaron. He was on time, courteous, knowlegeable and quick. He replaced the two turn off valves under the kitchen sink and also installed the new faucet and sprayer we had purchased. We were very pleased with his work and the attention to our emergency by the office staff. Our kitchen water supply was returned to normal very promptly. Aaron left the worksite clean and neat. "It started off bad because I had the water heater installed, submitted my paperwork for my rebate for the installation and then my rebate ended up not getting honored because the water heater that was installed didn't qualify for Spire's rebate. Turn's out that the water heater that would fit my location as well as satisfy Spire's rebate, I would have had to wait 5 to 6 weeks for that specific water heater so, the owner of Hosack's Plumbing cut me a check for the amount of the rebate and the amount over time that the new water heater would have saved me. Not the perfect situation but, that was a win win for me as well as Hosack's Plumbing because a good water heater was installed just not one that would quite fit the Spire requirements for the rebate! Hence we didn't need to take a brand new water heater out and replace it with another water heater that was just .05 UEF Higher!"
