"Called and spoke with Michelle who was able to have someone come out on short notice (I had to call out of work that day to take care of a sick toddler). Luke came in the time window I was given. Originally, I was only going to have him replace the condensation pump, but I asked him about an upstairs drain that needed to be replaced. He gave me a quote and said if I went forward with the sink as well, he'd give me a discount since he was already there. He performed both services quickly, efficiently, and neatly. It should be noted that I have used this company twice prior with excellent results as well. I just kept forgetting to put up reviews. They previously fixed a frozen pipe and unclogged two drains for us. On one of the calls, the plumber mentioned he smelled natural gas while he was walking up our driveway. He asked for permission to look at our gas line and furnace which I allowed. After checking things out, he said he didn't think the leak was coming anywhere near the house, but recommended I call the gas company's hotline anyway. Lo and behold, a few weeks later the gas company finally came out and found a small leak in the line by our curb. I just wanted to mention that little anecdote to show these folks treat your house like theirs."

"10 stars from me. The first time I called Hoffmann for a leaking from water main. Dane and Dan fixed it for $400, in two hours. They are the best price in 4 plumbing companies I called. The highest estimate of the 4 was $1800!!! I believe Hoffmann gives fair price and does great job. The 2nd time I called Hoffmann because I DIY replacing shutoff valve under the sink. Dane called me back asked what I was doing and what was the problem. After asking several questions, he finds out what I did wrong. He advised me to cut the pipe and connect the value again. It works fine. I don't know many plumbers give free advices! 5 stars again. I will definitely use Hoffmann in the future. I definitely recommend them to anyone!"

Found a good price for the toilet I picked out — and we organized a date for them to come by and install it. Very responsive between original estimate and install date. "Truly amazing to work with! <br /> Anthony responded promptly to my inquiry with sent someone out to look at it. I immediately received a quote on site and they did the repair that day! They were professional, showed me the problem and provided feedback to avoid future problems. Due to the lack of access to my pipe they had to go through my bathroom wall to fix the problem. They were neat and careful and did a wondeful job, checking in with me as they went.  They further provided me with direction and I used them to put up the new wall since the water damage had caused some mold and the whole wall needed to be replaced. <br /> Dave came out today to reinsulate and put up the new drywall. He was an amazing worker. He was very thorough, conscientious and did an amazing job! " They dug down 8 to 9" and cut the line. Found an old metal vent cap that was inadvertantly dropped inside sometime ago, and it had finally gotten stuck in that position. Fixed the pipe and put back the shrubs. Professional and courteous. Verry happy with the job."

"The first time we called QNS, the trap on my sewage line was backed-up, which caused an odor throughout my house. This had been happening periodically over the last few years so I knew exactly what needed to be done. However, this time I wanted to avoid future occurrences and fortunately Quincy was able to diagnose the issue. He took some photos and said he could come back another time to fix it when we were ready. The second time he came back to fix the diagnosed problem, which involved rerouting the slop sink and sump pump plumbing correctly. We're confident that we won't be running into this issue again, especially since we've noticed that we don't see water backing up into our slop sink anymore! The third time we called on behalf of my mom who was panicking over a sewer line in her home that was causing some overflow issues and foul odors in her basement. He came out at 7am the next morning despite having to be in North Jersey by mid-morning and successfully resolved the issue, which was very much appreciated on such short notice."

"We lost hot water Saturday evening and noticed that the pressure relief valve was leaking water. We called multiple plumbers and Steven was the only one to call us back same day within a few minutes. He was gracious enough to squeeze us in as his next appointment. During the visit he explained our issues in friendly and comprehensive manner. He ended up changing the pressure relief valve and installing pressure reduction valve and accompanying chamber. He also fixed our outdoor leaking faucet in the same visit. The work had excellent craftsmanship and very fair price."
