"I called Weathershield because the pipes in the ceiling were dripping water from condensation and had ruined several placed on my ceiling.  Some of the vents themselves were "sweating".  Elizabeth answered (very professional and very delightful to deal with!) and I explained the problems.  When the technicians arrived they were very professional and soon identified the problem.  They removed the evaporator coil which turned out to be extremely dirty and used a special chemical to remove all of the dirt and debris from the unit.  They also removed the blower wheel and housing and thoroughly cleaned the blower wheel, motor and housing.  They performed a condenser flush and checked and adjusted the freon levels.  They stayed and made sure the unit was cooling properly.  I am so very satisfied with the service from this provider and the price !!!  I will definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone who asks !

"I was told the team would be at my house between 8 and 9 AM and the entire process would take about 3 hours.  The two man team showed up at 8 ready to work with a warm welcome, identifying themselves, and began explaining the work that would be performed.
The test begins with an exterior inspection of the home and surrounding area.  Next was inspecting the attic, insulation, and air ducts.  A thermal reader and digital photographs are taken which are used to show you items identified during the testing.
Inside the house a negative pressurization fan is attached to my front door and powered on.  The AC is turned off during this process so it does not interfere with the testing, so consider a cooler day and not having young kids in the house if it is summer time.  This was not an issue for me but some 'food for thought'.
The team goes from room to room checking air ducts, doors, window sills and seals, caulking, cabinets, plumbing into the walls, and any other spot that might cause unwanted airflow, and identifying items that can be corrected to save money and be more efficient such as changing old vanity light bulbs that produce a lot of heat and create humidity.
Chris took the time to go through the house with me to show all the items the team discovered, answered all of my questions, and provided suggestions.  Upon completion a report is generated along with mediation suggestions, and if the company provides the service to repair, a price they charge to come back and perform repairs you select to be done.
There was no pressure to buy anything from them, no mess, and very informative.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
