Faucet & Plumbing Repair Services in goshen, NY

"Courteous and professional. Attempted to diagnose my issue over the phone, but unfortunately our water heater needed parts replaced upon site visit. Fair value and excellent service would highly recommend for plumbing needs!"

"These guys are awesome, I had a clogged drain at my moms house and they worked tirelessly to unclog on New Year’s Eve and also advised me how to fix the problem from recurring. They were very professional and cleaned afterwards they were also reasonably priced I would highly recommend. Thanks for a job well done."

"Mark was prompt and fixed our washer just like we needed! Good communication and great service."

"Having experienced trades people who do not show up on time or complete work, it was refreshing to find a company that offers excellent customer service. The needed work was scheduled for the next day. We were kept informed of the anticipated arrival time. Once at our home, we were apprised of what work would be required. John and Zack went above and beyond by helping us with an additional plumbing job after competely completing the needed repair. John also alerted us to a situation that, if left uncorrected, will be a costly repair. At no point did he pressure us or try to take advantage of the situation. We believe John was simply providing us with good service and at a reasonable cost. We also noticed John interacted with his employee, in a respectful manner. It was obvious to us that John was mentoring his employee and imparting his knowledge in a manner that reflected his pride in his chosen profession. We recommend Newburgh Plumbing without reservation and are happy to know that there are still trades people who care about the work they do and want to provide high quality services for their customers. Kudos to John, Zack and the woman who scheduled the appointment."

"Mattia was great! I had him come by next week and install a new sink and cup washer in my kitchen, I would 100% recommend him and will be calling him in the future."

"They did an excellent repair. Very easy to talk with. Did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. Would definitely hire them again."

"was very kind and professional got the job done very well and in a great time recommend to anyone"

"Kevan (spelled with an "a") was the only plumber who even called me back the day after Christmas. All these other companies that advertise 24/7 & Holidays emergency service did not even answer the phone. We lost power and our pipes froze in super cold weather we had Christmas 2022. In 32 years my pipes never froze but they did this time and they burst in multiple locations. Kevin called and came out the same day and worked into the night replacing multiple ruptures. He is extremely courteous and professional and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM for any plumbing or water treatment needs. Ken H., New Paltz, NY."

"He had to reschedule first appt but arrived promptly for the next one. Fixed a leaking pipe under my mobile home. Can't get under there to see work, but my water pressure is back to normal so I guess all is well. Would definitely call again."
