Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly 

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

Angies List referred Ace Repair Plumbing to me when I called for help. Well, Ed arrived at my house in under an hour. He was so friendly, professional and talented. He managed to remove that glued on cap without cracking that pipe which saved money. His work was so professional that even the floor installer remarked on the high quality of the job. Because of their timely and professional manner, I managed to get that floor installed that day on time. They were just incredible."

"I had a good experience with them. The shut-off valve drove the cost up. It probably ended up being about $500 but I added a shut-off valve that was not part of the problem. He was friendly and honest, I believe. I think the cost was fair. It was a fair amount of money but it was a lot of work too."

"Kyle did a great job fixing the sink issues. I then hired them to replace a gas water heater the following week, and again, Kyle did the install. Had to call them back for a small leak after the install, and he was here within an hour to remedy the problem. If you call these folks, ask for Kyle to do the job. Keeps you informed as to what he is going to do, and checks with you if he has to change the plan. Lastly, he showed up when he told me he was going to show. Rare these days."
