"Ken was very knowledgeable about our problems.  We asked him about several issues; some needed fixing and some did not.  I respect his opinions.  Our major issue was a two story wall that was sagging because it was built between floor joists.  We had an extra joist and supports installed.  The workmen were courtious and effecient.  Our floor feels very stable now.

"the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. "Sales representative responded immediately to homeadvisor request. There was a lack of communication between the sales representative and the installation department. The time specified to perform installation had past and I had to call them to schedule installation. They showed up the next day to perform installation, but did not bring flooring. If I had been informed that the flooring would be delivered later I probably would have allowed them to begin removal of old carpet. I had to call for the next installation date of which they scheduled for the next business day. The crew arrived on time and performed work well. They could improve communication with customers by using e-mail or text messaging. My wife loves the wood flooring and I plan to use this business to install flooring in two other rooms."
