The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. Bottom line -- after a bunch of calls he said he'd be here Friday. I waited all day -- no Bob. That screwed up my family plans for a long weekend and left me in the doghouse at home. So, am I grouchy? Yes! But -- as you should read in other reviews -- punctuality is definitely not his strong suit. I should've paid more attention to Angie's reviews, and perhaps less attention on saving a couple of bucks on a Big Deal. Now I've got to go find another plumber for that leaky faucet, and figure out how to get back out of the doghouse here at home.

P.S. The shut-off valve Bob's apprentice installed under our kitchen sink started leaking almost immediately. I didn't discover it until I was about to leave town two weeks later. Had to hire another plumber to come a repair Bob's work. 'Nuff said."
