"Mr. Rooter send someone to assess the problem and advise us of the cost to repair it. As they did not have the part we were given the option of ordering it ourselves or they would order it. We opted for them to order the parts and install it when it was received. Upon receiving the parts they called to install the parts and provided a timeline as to when they would arrive and install said parts. They arrived within the time stated and completed the repair. "
