"My prior water heater, a 50-gallon tank, started leaking after 15 years. I called Streamline to confirm that it needed replacement, and to replace it. I was considering a tankless water heater already, and the first tech walked me through the pros and cons, then wrote up an estimate. Two additional techs came the next day to install the heater and the necessary gas and power lines. The only issue I had was that one of the newly installed gas fittings leaked gas into the basement. I shut off the supply valve and called Streamline, and they came out within half an hour to fix it at their expense. Mistakes happen, and I was impressed with how professionally they corrected that one."

"Fantastic...I was freaking out a little bit when I called because the utility company had sent someone out to turn off the water meter for the other side of a duplex I bought since they said they were alerted to a flow rate of 160-170 gallons/hour! I called Devlin's and they were reassuring while listening to my situation. I was scheduled in for within a few hours! Amazing! Billy called to let me know when he was on the way, and when he arrived, he checked everything outside, including the meter, the pipe, under the crawl space, tested putting the water back on, and discovered it was a toilet that busted.
