"I spoke on the phone with roughly 10 plumbing contractors for this job (sourced through Home Advisor, NextDoor, Yelp, and personal recommendations), and had 4 come out to my house to quote the work. The work included numerous plumbing tasks, largest of which was replacing our tanked water heater with a tankless. Jacob was the best communicator throughout the quoting process - timely, clear, and consistent. He also was very easy to communicate with about these projects and how they fit into the overall project plan at my house, and was able to see the bigger picture and consider the order of operations, which was incredibly helpful for me as a homeowner trying to schedule and coordinate multiple types of work. Once work was scheduled, Jacob and his associate were punctual, hard-working (extremely), and I had exactly what we had agreed upon at the end of the two days. There were some hiccups (as is expected) but I was kept tightly in the loop and so never felt anything was sprung on us. Jake will be the first plumber I call for my next job, big or small."

Also easy to work with, I asked him to send pics of work because I do live in New York. He went ahead and FaceTimed me to show finished work. "We had to replace our kitchen drain, which was about 60 years old. I received numerous bids and the consensus was to build a new drain outside the house instead of digging up the slab. I selected Glover Plumbing Solutions. They were not the cheapest, but in talking to Ryan I got a strong feeling he would be dedicated to the job. We had a few issues, not with the plumbing, but with the associated trenching and concrete work. But Ryan said that until all was well the job wasn't finished.
