He determined that the shower knob faucet valve cartridge was probably NOT DEFECTIVE, possibly only cleaned, and I assumed the price would be lower with no new $100 part needed. He fixed it by adjusting the hiddent pressure valves, removed and cleaned the cartridge, but didn't lower the price. I'm mostly okay with it. The problem IS SOLVED, I know next time that I can probably adjust the valves myself, and he did a great job. So between the pretty-reasonable quote if it had needed all the work, the fast response, and quality work, I got my money's worth. I would recommend them and call them again for more work.."
