"If you need plumbing done or a new water heater, look no further- Brian (the owner) and his crew are top-notch, honest, and professional. As first time homeowners, my wife and I had a lot of questions and Brian walked us through everything. He is extremely responsive and fair in his pricing, and the team he sent out to replace our water heater and a couple of valves (Joseph and Sam) were friendly, efficient, and professional. I will 100% be contacting Brian again for any future plumbing needs. A+ service and communication!!"

"Ehrhardt Brothers did not disappoint. DJ sympathized with our situation and managed to schedule one of their plumbers who had expert knowledge of our water heater to make a call to our home in between a couple of other service calls that he had to make. When Keith showed up, he was very polite and professional and immediately put protective slippers on over his work boots. He set to work and had our hot water heater repaired in no time. I would totally recommend this company. In fact, I gave their name to my realtor so that she could add them to her agency's list of recommended plumbers."

"Derrick did a great job! He worked efficiently and his communication was excellent. He left the bathroom spotless, fixed the toilet issue by replacing the mechanism in the tank, and showed me what he repaired. I highly recommend Derrick and will be calling him again if I have any plumbing issues in the future! Thank you Derrick!"

"My Remedy Plumber arrived on time and didn’t really charge me for his service because he stated what he needed to do may not fix my problem because I needed a new faucet which he did not have. Water was running from both the tub’s faucet and the shower head. After pulling off the faucet and making a minor adjustment to a washer within the faucet the problem was "temporary" fixed, the washer was damaged. He stated that a new faucet was needed and that I could call back to have that installed. I thanked him, gave him a small thank you gift, and he was on his way. I was thankful that this plumber had "integrity" and did not try to overcharge me for work that did not fix my problem. I would surly hire this company again!!"

"They were up front with what is wrong. Provided explanation of the quote. Asked permission to get access to places. They explain the reasoning for the cost and the risks if ignored. Pricing was fair. Went above an beyond to solve the water heater issue we had. Even calling in an electrician to help with a fix. They were on-time to early on their scheduled appointments. Excellent customer service."

"Tess was exceptional. he replaced a leaking old water heater. When I made the call, he was on another job but since water was leaking he came later that evening to address the leakage. He was respectful and hardworking. He came on time and finished the job on time, the project was top notch. His price was very reasonable compared to others."

"Very helpful on the phone and was able to come make repair in the next day. Called when he was on his way and arrived on time. Made a quick repair, cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with customer service and repair!"

"We needed a water heater replacement due to a leak in our existing unit. The company came out promptly after our phone call, provided an estimate, and came back first thing the next morning with a new water heater to install. The owner and staff were patient in answering any questions that we had and did an amazing job cleaning up after they were finished with installation. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were very satisfied with their service. They never made us feel as if they were rushing to complete the job. We would highly recommend them!"

"A1 Tech Stephen Loyd with Mr. Rooter Plumbing provided excellent service in removing the old water heater and installing the new water heater. He was professional and provided awesome customer service. Well done!"

"My water heater started leaking on a Sunday. I reached out to Family Fire Service and they responded immediately.
