"Very friendly & professional"

"The job was done correctly. Very professional, Russel was excellent."

"Replaced a gas water heater with a highly rated brand. Affordable price and warranty offer. The technician was excellent. Simply excellent. Left the space clean and no leftover bits of stuff. The city came and inspected the work and it was approved. Also, I was able to get an early appointment and for that I was thankful. Highly recommended."

"Yes they were able to complete the project with no issues."

"we have a toliet 40 yrs old, Curtis was able to repair it however because one part was no longer available, we can use it but decided we'd get a new toliet. AND HAVE CURTIS INSTALL it. Curtis is so nice, just like all of the Estes employees we have had the pleasure of meeting with. My husbasnd has been a customer of Estes for aqpproximately 30 yrs. They are an excellent co. for AC, Electrical and plumbing! We've used them for everything. Curtis is honest and took his time helping us. You will feel like these guys are your "nice nephew, that you like" repairing whatever problem you are having! I have no affiliation with Estes..but I appreciate their employees! Thank you Estes for having Curtis and his partner!"

"Very respectful young man ,listen to my questions, shared a video with me and explained step by step instructions of his work.Very helpful to get me to the next step on my project, which I got a call the same day.I highly recommend Nick for the job.only complaint I had was a little too pricey for the quick job. It may have taken 45 min, also receipts should be itemized fully for insurance purposes."
